Didcot Town boss Stuart Peace wants his players to keep up the good work at home to Burnham in British Gas Business Southern League Division 1 South & West on Tuesday night.
Peace said: "We can't have two good results and then lose at home to Burnham."
Burnham boast former Oxford City striker Alex Stewart among their line-up.
Kidlington welcome back striker Mark Baker when they host Old Woodstock Town in the Oxfordshire Senior Cup quarter-final.
Nathan Meade faces a test on a hamstring injury, though Tai Hulbert-Thomas (suspended) and Darryl Harris (knee) miss out.

Holders Banbury United will be without Nicky Gordon and Mike Feely when they travel to Hook Norton.
Gordon is cup-tied, while Feely has joined Aylesbury United.
