Having masterminded Chinnor's promotion to the National League, John Brodley is now targeting a double with the City of Oxford Rugby Partnership.
Brodley's Oxford side reached the Oxfordshire Shield final after defeating Gosford All Blacks on Sunday.
And with Oxford Harlequins facing Banbury in the Oxon Cup semi-finals, both clubs could be in action at Iffley Road on April 5.
Brodley said: "We are now hoping for an Oxford and Quins double in the final.
"That would show how the partnership is progressing and will give us excellent momentum for next season.
"The next two weeks will decide our fate in the league.
"Winning the semi-final gave us that little bit extra confidence."
Brodley, who is about to launch an Oxford rugby academy, added: "We want this to be the place to play rugby in Oxford, whatever your standard.
"We are on course to achieve one of our aims, which is to increase the standing of rugby within the city."
