Oxford Mail Cross Country League
Oxford City once again had a good day in the junior events.
In the under 13/15 girls' competition, they brought home five athletes in the top six, although Banbury Harrier Connie MacMillan won the race in 8.05.
City's A and B teams took the honours though with another splendid display of packing.
The A team were led home by Ellie Clarke-Jacques in 8.08, with Imogen Kempton (third in 8.18) and Jade Walker (fourth in 8.21) completing the winning trio.
Beth Hawtin continues to lead the way in the under 11 girls' competition.
Radley's George Miller finished second behind Marcus Bridger-Wilkinson (Newbury) in the combined under 15/17 boys' race.
Miller clocked 18.42, and leads the way in the under 15 boys' standings.
Oliver Simmons (Banbury) won the under 13 boys' race, and goes into the final round with a two-point lead over Nyle Clinton (Swindon Harriers).
