NONE of the Oxfordshire hopefuls made it through regional qualifying for The 150th Open at Frilford Heath.
The course was one of 15 across Great Britain and Ireland playing host to events building up to the prestigious tournament, which takes place at St Andrews next month.
Competition was fierce, with only the top ten golfers progressing to final qualifying next week, and the home hopes fell just short.
Robert Harrhy, one of ten Frilford Heath members in action, was the top-performing Oxfordshire entrant as his level-par round saw him tie for 14th.
Amateur Luke Perkins carded one-over from his 18 holes, with counterpart Harry Thomas two shots behind.
