OXFORD City Stars have further bolstered their ranks with the signing of Aaron Burton.
The netminder returns to the NIHL Division 1 South club after spells on both sides of the Atlantic, with Basingstoke Buffalo and Bristol Pitbulls in England and Daytona Racers in the USPHL Elite in America.
Burton, 23, came through the youth ranks at Oxpens and was delighted to seal the deal.

He said: “I’m really looking forward to joining the Stars this season and getting to play for this great club and their fans.
“Having played here in the past it feels great to be back.”
Burton backed-up for Stars during his first spell, which ended in the 2016/17 season, and head coach Simon Anderson believes he is the perfect No 2 behind Ross Miller.
He said: “It was always my plan to bring in young netminder into our system and for me Aaron was always that guy.
“He backed up for the Stars a few years ago and when called upon he never disappointed.
“He has served his apprenticeship in NIHL2 and in his juniors in the US.
“I felt now was the time for Aaron to test himself at a higher level and we are excited to have him.
“He is a really hardworking guy who wants to be the best he can be and I feel he is the right guy to push Ross Miller as the season progresses.”
Stars have already signed Brad Watchorn and Shannon Taylor this summer.
