Chinnor coach Jason Bowers urged his side to keep focused after their dramatic victory.
He said: "I am really proud for everyone at the club.
"We've now given ourselves a great opportunity to go on and win the league.
"But I said to the players this will mean nothing if we go and lose another game.
"Their lineout is a really good weapon and they proved that today.
"But I always felt if our backs were given space to play, we would have a very good chance of winning."
He added: "I was particularly pleased with the attitude of the squad.
"It was great all week, so it was hard selecting the team.
"James Cathcart kept his nerve brilliantly to kick the winning penalty.
"We did enough in the first half to deserve a draw, to come away with both points is just a dream.
"I thought Sam Black was outstanding in the lineout and it was great to have Hutch (captain Matt Hutchings) back for his leadership.
"They will rue some missed chances and their 14 had a bad day at the office.
"Winning at Rosslyn Park last season was special, but this was probably the best result I have had at Chinnor."
