OXFORD United will face two Sky Bet Championship clubs in pre-season.
The U’s are set to play eight friendlies in July as they gear up for the 2022/23 Sky Bet League One campaign.
The fixtures include a clash with Coventry City at the Kassam Stadium on Saturday, July 16, and another home game against West Bromwich Albion on Tuesday, July 19.

Both teams finished in the top half of the Championship this season, with Mark Robins’ Sky Blues ending the campaign 12th – three points behind the tenth-placed Baggies.
United’s final friendly will be at AFC Wimbledon on Saturday, July 23, a week before the first League One match of 2022/23.
The Plough Lane outfit were relegated from the third tier this term, but did beat Karl Robinson’s side 3-1 at home last September.

U’s players and staff will start pre-season with an eight-day training camp in Spain, beginning on June 23.
They return in time to get their friendly schedule under way with the annual trip to Oxford City on the evening of Saturday, July 2.
The following weekend, United have a double-header as the squad splits in two for games against clubs who were promoted this season.
One U’s team will visit Pitching In Southern League Premier South outfit North Leigh at 12.30pm for the Lloyd Calcutt Memorial Fixture.
The other United side will go to Vanarama National League new boys Banbury United at 4pm.

There are two more trips to non-league clubs on Tuesday, July 12 and Wednesday, July 13.
First, United visit Vanarama National League South side Hungerford Town, before travelling to fifth-tier Eastleigh 24 hours later.
The summer schedule finishes with the games against Coventry, West Brom and Wimbledon.
United will announce ticket details for all their friendlies in the coming weeks. The League One campaign begins on the weekend of July 30, with fixtures released on Thursday, June 23.
It is three years since U’s fans last attended a pre-season friendly at Grenoble Road, a 1-1 draw against Fulham in July 2019.
The August 2020 win over Queens Park Rangers was played behind closed doors due to coronavirus restrictions, while last summer’s matches all took place at United’s training ground in Horspath.
