THE World Aunt Sally Singles Championship is set to return for the first time since the pandemic.
Phil Adams will be looking to defend his title in the 10th edition of the championship, which is due to take place next month.
Adams, from Sutton Courtenay, won the last pre-Covid event, while Oxfordshire’s Roger Goodall and Gloucestershire’s Steve McAteer will be looking to win the world crown for a third time.

The championship will take place on June 25, at Charlbury Beer Festival.
First prize is £100, plus a replica trophy, while second place will receive £50.
The Oxford & District league is into its fourth week of action after Covid-19 enforced cancellations for the seasons in 2020 and 2021.
