Bedford Tn 0
Banbury Utd 0
Banbury had to settle for a share of the spoils in a disappointing display at the Premier Division strugglers on Saturday.
The Puritans' only real opportunity came when Scott Bridges burst through on goal, only to drag his shot wide.
Banbury should have gone behind on 61 minutes, but Josh Sozzo hurried his shot.
However, Banbury were breathing a sigh of relief when Bedford centre half Steve Gentle fired wide.
Late on, defender Mark Essex got in a good block to deny Bedford sub Ian Draycott as he prepared to shoot.
