TWO heroes from Oxford United's last promotion campaign have been reunited at Rangers.
John Lundstram will line-up alongside Kemar Roofe again next season after joining the Scottish champions from Sheffield United on a three-year deal.
The pair were last together at United in 2015/16 and were key members of the side that finished second in Sky Bet League Two.
Roofe was named the division's player of the season after scoring 26 goals in his only full campaign with the U's.
He found the net 32 times in just 65 appearances overall, before joining Leeds United for £3million in summer 2016.
After three seasons in the Sky Bet Championship, Roofe went to Anderlecht in 2019 before joining Rangers last August.
Central midfielder Lundstram scored three times in 47 games in 2015/16, forming an effective partnership with Liam Sercombe.
He was appointed U's captain that summer and racked up 57 appearances the season after, before moving to Sheffield United.
The 27-year-old played well over 100 games for The Blades and spent the last two seasons in the Premier League.
