ROB Atkinson has completed his move from Oxford United to Bristol City.
The centre back joins the Sky Bet Championship club for an undisclosed fee.
Atkinson, 22, was one of City's top transfer targets following an impressive breakthrough campaign with United.
The Robins lodged a bid in excess of £1.4million last week, although it is understood the final fee is higher.
The former Fulham trainee, who signed from Eastleigh last January, filled the void left by Rob Dickie in the heart of the defence.
He scored twice in 44 appearances as United reached the Sky Bet League One play-offs, earning him a spot in the division's team of the season.
