Jack King fired a double as Didcot Town got back to winning ways with a 5-1 win against Windsor at Loop Meadow Stadium on Saturday.
But they did it the hard way, going a goal down before hitting back in devastating style in the Division 1 South & West clash.
Didcot suffered a setback after only ten minutes when Joe Chandiram fired home from close range after the hosts failed to deal with a cross from Terry O'Connor.
Michael Bartley was denied by Windsor keeper Seb Brown, before Didcot's Andy Williams mis-kicked in front of goal after Richard Witt's corner fizzed across the box.
Windsor's Michael Chennels had a shot from the edge of the area deflected just past a post, before Richard Peirson cracked in the equaliser into the roof of the net after Matt Bicknell's in-swinging corner fell to him.
And it got better on the stroke of half-time when Jack King gave Didcot the lead from the penalty spot after Bartley was brought down in the area.
Five minutes after the break, Didcot made it 3-1 when King's incisive pass picked out Bartley who made no mistake with a cool finish past Brown.
King then bagged his second when he fired an unstoppable volley into the top corner from 25 yards from another excellent Bicknell corner.
Windsor substitute Jake Parsons also came close to getting on the scoresheet, but this time it was Watkins who pulled off a stunning save at full-stretch.
With almost the last attack of the game Didcot made it 5-1.
Matty Jack started the move and he was on-hand to head home from six yards after Hope's accurate cross from the left.
Didcot Tn: Watkins, Heapy, Bicknell, Williams, Peirson (Davis 89), Jack, Witt (Elkins 89), King, Bartley (Hopkins 77), Parrott, Hope.

Didcot are in action on Boxing Day when they travel to Abingdon United for what is usually a cracking encounter.
A bumper crowd is expected at Northcourt Road.
Ten-man Banbury United moved up to eighth in the Premier Division with an impressive performance away at Bromsgrove on Saturday.
Still without the suspended Andy Baird and the injured Matt Murphy, Mike Feely and Ben Milner, Banbury had to withstand a hectic opening period.
And they had a lucky escape on three minutes when Kevin Banner hit the crossbar.
Banbury took the lead on 33 minutes when Nicky Gordon prodded home from four yards for his sixth goal in his last four league games after Ollie Stanbridge played the ball into the area.
Banbury went further ahead in the 55th minute, when good work up the left wing by Scott Bridges and Tommy Kinch led to a perfect cross to the near post being headed into his own net by Chris McHale, under severe pressure from Murray Nicholls.
On 70 minutes, Banbury were reduced to ten men when Ady Fuller was sent off for a second yellow card.
They then held on to move within two points of Brackley whom they host on Boxing Day.
Banbury Utd: Wheeler, Travers, Kinch, Essex, Blossom, Fuller, Stuart Bridges, Nicholls, Scott Bridges (Ibrahim 90), Gordon (Gooderick 84), Stanbridge. Subs not used: Bryan, Sambrook, McKay.

Abingdon United defender Nathan Woodley was taken to hospital with a cheekbone injury as they went down to a 2-1 defeat at leaders Fleet Town on Saturday.
Although an X-ray revealed no fracture, he will be out for a month.
Abingdon took the lead through Anaclet Odhiambo who fired home past Paul Smith after an excellent through ball from Ryan Brooks.
However, their lead didn't last long, with Mark Anderson acrobatically hooking in the equaliser from close range.
Odhiambo nearly restored Abingdon's advantage, but shot too close to the keeper.
Minutes later, Abingdon went 2-1 down Steven Noake's header came off the bar before an Abingdon defender handled. Phillip John sent Simon Tricker the wrong way from the penalty spot.
Nathan Smart went close, while Smith kept out Odhiambo's header.
Tricker made a super double save, pushing away an Anderson drive before recovering well to save the follow-up.
Abingdon should have levelled when Holden met a superb cross from Michaes Herbert, only to head it against the bar from four yards out.
Abingdon Utd: Tricker, Cottrell (Moss 45), Organ, Woodley (Carbon 45), Franklin, McCalmon, Herbert, R Brooks (Beechers 60), Holden, Odhiambo, Curtin.
Attendance: 136.
Goals from Darren Pond and Alex Stewart gave Oxford City eased to a straightforward victory against Taunton Town at Court Place Farm in Division 1 South & West on Saturday.
Early on, it was Taunton who looked the most likely to score, with Darren Stone seeing his shot go just past City's far post.
That seemed to wake up City who took the lead from an excellent move.
Jon Gardner's through ball split the Taunton defence, with Darren Pond slotting past the keeper.
On 36 minutes, City should have doubled their advantage, but Jermaine McSporran's saw his penalty saved by Windsor keeper Nathan Whatley after Gardner was felled in the area.
Whatley then kept out a fierce drive from McSporran before stopping a header from the same player.
Although Taunton pressed hard for the equaliser, they were let down by poor finishing.
That was emphasised when Mike Kearnley could find only the side-netting.
City sealed victory when sub Stewart netted eight minutes from time as City got back to winning ways.
Oxford C: Smith, Saulsbury, Woodruffe, Gunn, Pond, Avery, Gardner, Malone, McSporran, Redknap (Stewart 70), Anya (Jones 67). Subs not used: Bell, Davis, Merritt.
Attendance: 168.
