After their long unbeaten run came to an end on Tuesday at North Leigh, Kidlington will look for an immediate return to winning ways with a tricky trip to Milton United in the second round of the SBJ Sports Insurance Cup tomorrow.
Kidlington went down 4-2 at North Leigh in midweek, and lost Danny Warne with a broken nose, which will rule him out for up to six weeks.
He joins Darren Clare, Jerry Kapral, Steve Litten and Emmett McGovern on the sidelines, while recent signing Adam Doyle is cup-tied.
North Leigh will be at full strength as they travel to Highworth Town, with Karl Dodds returning after recovering from a virus.
Clanfield face a daunting trip to Premier Division leaders Almondsbury Town in a first-round tie.
Manager Pete Osborne will be without leading scorer Dean Barker (holiday), while Tim Jenkins (wedding) and Steve Knight (work) are also missing.
Alan Stratford (thigh) and Chris Connell (knee) face fitness tests, although goalkeeper Chris Brain returns after missing last weekend's defeat at Cirencester to be present at the birth of his son.
Launton Sports make the trip to Hellenic League Division 1 East side Englefield Green Rovers in the preliminary round of the Soccer Kits Plus Cup.
Boss Joby Edwards will be looking to build on last weekend's excellent 1-0 victory over Wootton Bassett Town.
Aaron Davies (ankle) is doubtful for an otherwise full-strength team.
Edwards said: "I don't know much about them, but I do know they had a scary name on their team sheet last week - Guy Whittingham - who numbered Oxford United among his former clubs!
"Apparently he got injured in a veterans' game though, so hopefully we won't be seeing him."
Bicester Town also travel to a Division 1 East outfit when they take on Henley Town.
Dan Leggett returns after missing the midweek Oxfordshire Senior Cup victory over Witney, while Jeff Simmonds retains his place in goal.
In the Premier Division, Luke Brandon (dead leg) and Daniel Meade (damaged foot) are ruled out for Witney United's trip to Fairford.
Neil Maskell and young winger Lee Moseley are added to the squad, while Dean Smith returns after being cup-tied for the Bicester match in midweek.
