Arncott saw off Finmere 5-4 in a Banbury District & Lord Jersey FA Premier Division thriller.
Jason Bubb netted twice in the last ten minutes to seal it for Arncott after earlier strikes from Paul Anderson, Chris McMillan and Richard Owen.
Heyford Athletic Res saw off Steeple Astion Res 3-0 in Division 3 thanks to goals from Wayne Smith (2) and James Wells.
Slade Farm reached the Banbury Charity Cup quarter-finals following a penalty shoot-out against ABK after their tie finished 2-2 after extra time.
Robbie Alexander lashed the ball home to give Slade the lead, but ABK equalised from a corner with less than five minutes of normal time remaining.
ABK went in front early in extra time, but Slade battled back when Ben Smith converted a corner.
In the shoot-out, James Allen, Adam Barker, Lee Clack and Tom Pagan converted for Slade, but the hero was keeper Nick Lacey, who pulled off two super saves.
