OXFORD City Under 18s came away from their Allied Counties League Premier Division game at Hayes & Yeading United with a 2-1 defeat Reigning champions Hayes took the lead with a deflected goal.
City, with Lawrence El Kassir and Luke Connell controlling the midfield, equalised in the 50th minute when Corey Forbes lobbed the keeper.
Hayes netted the winner with 20 minutes to go.
Five days earlier, Kidlington beat City 1-0 with a goal from Damon Spiers.
Summertown Stars were outclassed 5-1 by visitors Goring Robins in the Oxfordshire Invitation Under 18B League.
However, Stars took the lead through Jacob Cook.
Stars never recovered after having Hugo Kelly sent off for a professional foul.
The resultant penalty was put away by Mike Booroff to level the scores. Arron Plozynski put Goring ahead before half-time, and further goals came from Max Whitby, Ben Allen and Booroff.
