DERICK Osei has joined Sky Bet League Two side Walsall on loan for the rest of the season.
The French striker was Oxford United's only exit on transfer deadline day, with the move announced at 11.20pm.
Karl Robinson had been keen to loan out the 22-year-old to gain experience, after removing him from the U's registered squad for the first half of the season.
Osei has played just ten times and not made a league appearance since the 2-0 defeat at Peterborough United on October 17, but has found form in the Papa John's Trophy.
He scored three goals in United's three group stage games, including a spectacular winner at Walsall on November 10.
