Josh Hunt added four more, with Chay Fisher (2) and Joey Lee also on target.
In the A League, Jack Wood netted a brace to put Tower Hill 2-0 up against Brackley Town Saints.
However, Brackley hit back to win 4-2 with doubles from Harvey Walker and James Hunt.
Shaun Kemp hit a hat-trick to help Chipping Norton Town Swifts to an 8-0 win at Wychwood Colts.
Dan Newman (2), Matty Lewis, Jack Williams-Sharkey and James Andersen scored the others.
In the D League, Wroxton drew 1-1 with Grendon Rangers.
Joseph Bridge put Wroxton in front, with Jordan Rosling equalising.
Carterton Colts moved into the third round of the Knockout Cup with a 2-0 win over Charlton & District, thanks to goals from Jack Davies and Josh Knibbs.
Carterton went through on penalties after a 2-2 draw at Bampton Town.
Gareth Jenkins and James Morgan netted Carterton's goals, with Jake Prichard and Jonny Stoner replying.
In the shoot-out, James Morgan, Jack Blackburn and Stephen Coleman scored the penalties to put Carterton through, with keeper Riess Howard saving two spot-kicks from Bampton.
Sam Doherty was the star with a six-timer in Witney Vikings Youth's 11-1 drubbing of Banbury Town Youth in the Under 15 A League.
Paul Banks chipped in with two, with Jack Kennedy, Phil Tierney and Mark Ryder also on target.
A brace from Rob Pryse helped Eynsham Youth to a 3-2 victory over Charlbury in the Under 12 B League.
James Talbot scored their other goal, with Toby Harrison-Turner and Jacob Hancocks replying.
In the A League, Witney Vikings Youth drew 3-3 with Bloxham.
Roger James (2) and James Mariani were on target for Vikings, with Bloxham replying through Jordan Godfrey, Ben Hawkins and Anthony Charles.
Thomas Costley scored a four-timer as Ducklington beat Tower Hill 6-3 in the Under 11 A League.
Harry Hamblin and Brandon Mead-Talbot netted Ducklington's other goals.
Tower replied through Connor Tinsley (2) and Daniel Ragione.
In the B League, Hook Norton secured a 4-1 victory at high-flying Carterton.
Will Hardy led the way with a brace, with Alex Thornton and Josh Hunt also on target.
Ducklington and Carterton drew 1-1 in the Under 9 A League. James Buchanan put Carterton ahead, and Elliott Heritage replying.
Mark Smith's goal was in vain as Ducklington lost 2-1 at Bodicote in the D League.
Jake Marques scored both goals as Tower Hill Stars beat Combe Junior Sports 2-1, Jamie Parker replying.
In the B League, a brace from Libbie Allison, plus strikes from Mason Courtney and Calum Pearce, gave KEA a 4-0 win at Hook Norton.
