Harwell returned to winning ways with a 34-0 home victory over Littlemore in the preliminary round of the Oxfordshire Shield.
An early try by Kev Wood, reverting to his former centre position, was converted by Dave Beaven.
Wood and fly half Andy Lee touched down before the break with Beaven adding a penalty.
The second half was equally niggly, but captain Lee ran in two further tries to complete his hat-trick. Beaven converted both.
Littlemore deserved something for their efforts, which were hampered by a red card for their full back.
Harwell will now host Oxford in the first round on January 12/13, while Blue Boar travel to Wheatley after defeating Didcot 44-3.
