Horspath Hammers skipper Steve Harris made history as he became the first rider to win six British Indoor titles.
His latest triumph came in the national championships at Salford where he finished on 18 points.
Teammate Mark Boaler crashed off at the start of his third race.
He then helped Hammers win the national team championship with victory against reigning champions Wednesfield to go with their British Team, and British Open Fours crowns.
Aces built up a four-point lead, before Hammers reeled off four race wins to lead by two at the halfway stage.
That was increased to six, only for Wednesfield to level.
Then left Harris beat Lee Aris to seal the crown for Horspath by a point.
