City of Oxford's Ben Chapman lifted the top boy award after winning four gold, two silver and two bronze medals in the club's annual level two meet at Temple Cowley.
Chapman, 14, gained a number of personal best times, winning the 100m freestyle in 59.51.
Newcomer Thomas Papagella won seven gold medals in the 12-year-old boys freestyle and butterfly.
Matthew Corbett, 17, achieved National Qualifying Times (NQT) as he won the 200m butterfly and 200m individual medley. He also took the 200m backstroke title.
Lucy Smith reigned supreme in the 10-year-old category as she finished with six golds, three silver and a bronze medal.
Carly Hayles, 15, won four golds, a silver and two bronze medals and made the NQT in 200m backstroke.
