Chinnor will look to vent their frustration on basement boys St Ives when they visit Kingsey Road in South West 1on Saturday (2.30).
The second-placed side are still smarting from their 29-15 defeat at rivals Oxford Harlequins, but have had to wait two weeks to get back in action.
Coach Jason Bowers said: "We are looking to put things right.
"Quins played very well that day and fully deserved their win.
"We are certainly looking forward to St Ives, hopefully we can everyone fit and ready to go.
"It would have been unrealistic to think we could go through the league without losing a game.
"That defeat made us realise that we are not quite as good as we thought. That's not to say we are not a good side."
Flanker Adam Hastings is unavailable due to work commitments, but lock Craig Burrows returns from a calf injury.
Bowers added: "The players know that they didn't play well last time and where they made their mistakes."
Chipping Norton face their toughest test of the season when they host Hartpury College in round four of the EDF Energy Senior Vase.
Coach Andy Dawson has named a 24-man squad to take on the students, who have also won all their matches.
Dawson said: "We are full of confidence.
"I've been to see them training. They like to go through a set of rucks and then move the ball wide.
"They have a set of quick backs and a couple of big Samoans in the back row.
"They are putting out their strongest team against us, so they could have 14 full-time academy boys from clubs like Bristol, Bath, Gloucester and Worcester.
"It is quite frightening really, but we have come up with a game plan.
"We are going to try and frighten them as most of them will be under 19.
"We'll play tighter than we usually do.
"If that's not successful, we'll take more risks and go wider."
Henley Hawks will break new ground when they travel to National 3 North's Macclesfield in round three of the EDF Energy National Trophy.
