Katherine O'Connor was crowned Oxfordshire Ladies' golfer of the year at the county awards dinner.
The 17-year-old had top billing in the ceremony at Frilford Heath, which recognised a successful season for Oxon's lady and girl golfers.
O'Connor, who is a member at Frilford and Tadmarton Heath, bagged a string of titles in 2007 and was top points scorer for Wales in the Girls Home Internationals.
Oxon captain Justine Lawrence said: "We have witnessed her progression from club level golf, to county and now international.
"From a captain's perspective, she is your ideal squad member, giving a high level of commitment and supportive of her teammates.
"Katherine has a friendly personality and a gritty determination."
O'Connor's successes included winning the Oxon ladies and Welsh girls strokeplay titles and finishing runner-up in the English Schools Championship.
Studley Wood's Lauren Jupp was named junior golfer of the year, pipping Bicester's Laura Watkins.
Jupp's achievements included the Studley Wood ladies' title and reaching the final of the International Mixed Pairs competition at Carnoustie with her partner Jason Kerrison.
Other winners at Frilford included Tilly Holder (Oxford Ladies), who secured the 'exceptional county week achievement' award.
Holder lost only one of her six matches, achieving her colours in just two years.
Frilford's Jane Binning pipped clubmate Annie Gowing for the best second team performance award.
Another Frilford member, Angela Tyreman, edged out Kate Stagg (Henley) as the best senior performer in county league matches.
Tadmarton's Sam Round was the best county week performer after losing just one of seven matches.
The best junior county week performance went to 13-year-old Burford member Abbi Laker.
Oxford Ladies' Kit Lewis bagged the 'services to club and county golf' award.
