Banbury Harriers' Connie MacMillan took the plaudits in the combined under 13/15 girls' race at Culham.

The under 13 runner produced a strong run in poor weather conditions to hold off the challenge of Oxford City's Ellie Clarke-Jacques, crossing the line in 8mins 53secs.

Imogen Kempton was fifth, Imogen van Zyl seventh and Jessica Anstice 20th to bring the B team home second.

In the under 15/17 boys' event, Radley's Philippe Manning was third, clocking 21.07.

Manning, Samuel Miller and Alistair Duff combined to bring Radley home in second behind Team Kennet in the team competition.

City's Josh Tack led his team home in third, clocking 9.02.
