Oxford Harlequins' season lurched from high to low with a disappointing 32-0 defeat at Coney Hill in South West 1.
Just a week after their excellent victory against Chinnor, Quins were taught a lesson in basic rugby and finishing.
Ray Barnett put Coney Hill ahead with a penalty before Quins lost flanker Ferdi Gerber to a hip injury.
On 16 minutes, Coney Hill were 10-0 up after Barnett converted Chris Hall's try.
A fortuitous bounce allowed wing Don Carr to touch down for the hosts' second score, Barnett converting.
Quins had lock Dave Payne yellow-carded, with Barnett slotting the resulting penalty.
Payne then left the field with a back injury after 37 minutes with replacement Nick Goodger moving to lock.
Wing Mike Whelan's try made it 25-0 before they had prop Andy Pettigrew sin-binned.
Quins' woes were summed up when fly half Frank Jones dropped the ball after Anthony Cope's pass had put him over the try line.
Hall drove over for his second with Barnett converting before Quins lost Cope to a groin strain and wing Pete Davies to the sin bin.
