Henley Hawks' second-half surrender saw them lose 24-14 to Stourbridge at Dry Leas in National 2.
Hawks, who were missing skipper Stean Williams (neck injury) and centre Jaymes Chapman (flu), were looking good when they led 14-7 at the break.
But they were undone by two converted tries in the final quarter.
Fly half Mark Meenan's long-distance try on three minutes, and Danny Wells's conversion, put Henley 7-0 up.
No 8 Duncan White crashed over for Stourbridge, with Ali Bressington converting.
This seemed to fire up the hosts, who scored again when centre Luke Burns touched down after lock Rob Hurrell's drive. Wells converted.
Bressington kicked a penalty on 54 minutes and converted the decisive tries from Ben Gerry and Tom Jordan.
