OXFORD United will have to grit their teeth and get on with it at Accrington Stanley tomorrow as their injury problems continue to mount.
Cameron Brannagan, Sam Long and Sean Clare have all missed sessions this week and are doubts for the trip north, while Dylan Asonganyi has a hamstring problem.
It adds to an already crowded treatment room and although the likes of Josh Ruffels and Alex Gorrin are making good progress, tomorrow’s game is likely to come too soon.
Head coach Karl Robinson said: “It’s just one of those times of the year where we have to accept the things that go against you.

“The cards that have been turned over aren’t kind, but we’ll do our best with them.
“I think it’s nine outfield players (missing), so we are very light on numbers.
“As a manager, all you can ask from your players is they give everything. I know they will do that on Saturday.”
Robinson was left fuming by his side’s second-half display in the 2-0 defeat to Sunderland last weekend.

But the U’s boss feels expectations they would click straight back into the form which took them to last season’s play-off final have been unrealistic.
He said: “I’m a bit upset by some of the criticism the players have got.
“I think externally people have put an awful lot of pressure on us.”
He added: “These players means so much to me and the club means so much to them.
“But what they have been through in the last six months is unheard of.
“We’ve come through a difficult moment, with the biggest turnaround in players and one of the biggest injury lists as well.”
