FABIO Lopes has been given a chance to get more experience at senior level after being loaned out by Oxford United.
The 18-year-old will spend the next month with Biggleswade Town, who play alongside Banbury United in the Southern League Premier Central Division.
Lopes has a chance to make his debut when they host Bromsgrove Sporting this weekend.
The teenager burst on to the scene with United as a 16-year-old, becoming the club's third youngest player when he made his debut in August 2018.
He made four substitute appearances in cup games last season, most recently in the 4-1 FA Cup win against Hartlepool United in January.
Lopes joined AFC Rushden & Diamonds a month later, but lockdown quickly ended his chances of making an impact.
