Sam Gordon headed home Horspath's winner in a 3-2 home victory over Oxford University Press in the Premier Division.
Horspath had gone 2-0 up in the first 20 minutes through James Butters' tap-in and Paul Flack's flick over the keeper.
Press hit back with goals from Matt Cooper and Tom Allen, but Gordon had the final word.
In Division 1, Steven Skymers hit a hat-trick in Garsington Res's 4-0 win at Wheatley.
Adam Reynolds also netted for Garsington, while Wheatley - who didn't have any substitutes - played the entire second half with nine men after Ollie Chick and Carl Henry were injured.
Nick Marshalls grabbed an injury-time equaliser as Kings Sutton came from two goals down to draw 2-2 at Long Crendon.
Crendon had just a Tim Rantle penalty to show for their pressure in the first half.
They went further ahead after the break.
Josh Rose's high cross was drifted over the keeper and Mike Nichols drilled the ball into the roof of the net.
But John Kennedy pulled a goal back ten minutes from time and Marshalls equalised at the death.
Leaders Middleton Cheney marched on with a 3-0 win at Kidlington Old Boys.
Kidlington were reduced to ten men when Gareth Davies was sent off for a professional foul in the box, but Cheney blasted the penalty over the bar.
However, Cheney's numer- ical advantage told with goals from Luke Grady, Robbie Brown and substitute Chris Heritage giving them the victory.
Ashley Duckitt's second-half brace gave Marston Saints a 2-0 win at North Oxford.
In Division 2, John Webb hit a five-timer as Yarnton Res stormed to an 8-0 win over local rivals Kidlington Old Boys Res, who had two men sent off.
Captain Luke Staniford set Yarnton on their way with a stunning 25-yard strike, before Webb grabbed his first and Andrew Wilson made it 3-0.
Webb lobbed home his second, and Kidlington then had keeper Oliver Palmer sent off for bringing down Ben Davies.
Webb blasted home the resulting penalty to make it 5-0 at half-time.
Ben Reeves was next to see red for Kidlington after bringing down Denele Steele, before Webb scored twice more and Wilson netted his second to complete the rout.
Captain Steve Drewitt led by example with a double in Marston Saints Res's 4-2 home win over Fritwell Res.
He opened the scoring in the 27th minute, only for Jordan Kaye to equalise in the 41st minute.
Stuart Wise restored Marston's lead five minutes into the second half, but Fritwell levelled again through Ben Miles from the restart.
Drewitt notched his second in the 71st minute, and substitute John James clinched Marston's victory seven minutes from time.
Veteran striker Mark Gonnella netted to give Charlton United Res their first win since September with a 2-1 home victory over Enstone Res.
Charlton had taken the lead when Phil Haynes deflected the ball into his own net, before Marcus Acock equalised.
Will Rum was the toast of Oxford University Press Res with a brace in the 3-0 home win over Adderbury Park Res.
Rum fired Press ahead in the 40th minute, before doubling his tally in the 70th minute. Paul McNulty sealed Press's victory in the 79th minute.
Worcester & Blechingdon Res staged a late rally to win 3-2 at Oakley Res.
The visitors took the lead in the 12th minute when Gary Wiggins prodded the ball into an empty net.
Gareth Jackson swept home Andrew Conway's cross for the equaliser, and Oakley went ahead through Andy Parke.
Lee Jones levelled for Worcester with a penalty, and they snatched victory seven minutes from time when the ball flew into the net of Eagles's boot.
