Leaders Chipping Norton showed no signs of letting up as they defeated Gosford All Blacks 53-0.
But despite running in eight tries, Chippy were frustrated with their performance, while Gosford claimed the score flattered the hosts.
Fly half Adam Smith opened the scoring with a penalty and he then converted a try from captain Jon Hickman.
Matt Dawson, Simon Hawken and Sam Townsend all crossed over before half-time with Smith converting once.
The second period was played almost entirely in Gosford's half with Chippy scoring at will.
Murray Stewart went close for the visitors, but Meryck Royce, Barry Nutt and Hickman all scored with strong running lines before Smith added try No 8.
Smith finished with five conversions.
Gosford's star man was Nathan Brooks, but they will need to improve their handling and passing if they are to climb the table.
Oxford kept up the pressure on second spot with a 30-3 home victory over Broadmoor Staff.
Tim Knapp bagged a try brace with Alan Cameron and Ian Buncle also crossing over.

Bicester beat a determined Phoenix side 25-3 to stay second on points difference.
Phoenix led through lock Nigel Coltman's early penalty, but Bicester hit back with Steve Risbridger converting full back Adam Spencer's try.
The hosts pressed on in the second half with the wind behind them.
A quick-fire break by Martin Linstrom up the middle created the space for supporting centre Chris Nash to streak over on the left and Risbridger converted Bicester struck again 16 minutes later, when Ross Kenny sent his brother, centre Nick, hurtling over on the right.
Lock Dan Spencer was yellow-carded before his captain Risbridger slotted two more penalties.
Abingdon's disappointing run continued with a 21-10 defeat at home to Swindon College.
Early on, good team play resulted in Everton Harris scoring a try from a well-worked lineout move, which Ian Thompson converted.
Swindon levelled with a converted try and sealed the points in the second half after a Thompson penalty put Abingdon 10-7 up.
