Letcombe upset the odds as they moved into the second round with a shock win at Premier Division Fairford in the SJB Sports Insurance Challenge Cup.
A devastating opening 20-minute spell did the trick for Letcombe. Richard Claydon gave them the lead when his in-swinging coirner kick went straight in.
Claydon then set up Lyle Gifford who crashed home their second.
Mark Reesthen had a shot blocked on the line.
A tremedous display of defending in the second-half saw Letcombe home.

Kidlington 3 (Williams 65, Wise 73, Baker 85)
Kidlington eased through with a comfortable victory.
After a goaless first half, in which Danny Wise, Mark Baker and Lee Bolton all went close the game opened up.
Morgan Williams opened Kidlington's account, before Wise made it 2-0.
Five minutes from time, Baker sealed victory with No 3.
Hook Norton 0
Hungerford Tn 3 (Concannon 35, 90, Gosling 45 (pen))
Hook Norton had no answer to Hungerford's former Didcot Town striker Ian Concannon.
Concannon's first goal and a James Gosling penalty saw Hungerford 2-0 up at the break.
Hooky should have clawed a goal back, but Joe Davies's penalty was saved. Concannon then completed his double.
