Chipping Norton have been been drawn at home to Hartpury College in round four south west of the EDF Energy Senior Vase.
The clash, on December 8, will pair two of the region's in-form sides as Hartpury are top of the Gloucester Premier Division having won nine straight matches.
While Chippy edged past Grove 24-19 on Saturday, the students' progress was a little easier after winning 95-7 at Amersham & Chiltern.
Henley Hawks, the only other Oxfordshire club still in an RFU competition, will be away to National 3 North basement boys Macclesfield in the EDF Energy National Trophy third round.
This match also takes place on December 8, by which time hooker Liam Wordley may finally have recovered from a broken arm, which has kept him out all season.
Oxford Harlequins must be cursing their luck even more after the draw was made.
Quins beat Paignton in round one, but were kicked out for inadvertantly fielding an ineligible player.
Paignton, of Western Counties West, were reinstated and won their second round clash to set up a home tie with National 2 high-fliers Blackheath.
Entertaining such a well-known club would have been a massive boost for Quins - not to mention their coffers with the extra gate receipts.
