Banbury Utd 2, Brackley Tn 0
BANBURY saw off local rivals Brackley at Spencer Stadium to book their place in the fourth round of the Errea Cup.
They went ahead after only two minutes when Ollie Stanbridge netted via a post and they kept the visitors at bay up to the break.
Nicky Gordon, a new signing from Woodford, set up Banbury's second after 51 minutes, crossing for Lewis Travers to score.
Brackley's best effort came from Dave Savage, whose 25-yard free-kick was well saved by Andy Wheeler.
