Botley United, of Division 3, came from behind to knock out Divison 2 co-leaders Kingsclere 3-2 in the second round of the North Berks Charity Shield,.
Kingsclere fell behind when Ben Taylor tucked in Andy Potter's measured cross after only three minutes.
After the break, Botley were hit with two goals in the space of two minutes to go behind.
Dwayne Pettit hit a low right-wing cross on 53 minutes which spilled out of stand-in keeper Keith Bruce's arms and into the net.
Then Paul Lucas used his strength to find space in the area and Simon Bartholomew knocked in his pass.
It was all Kingsclere, but Botley equalised in the 65th minute when Dan Cicchetti headed a free-kick into his own net.
With ten minutes left Botley broke down the right and Potter finished well at the far post for the winner.
Drayton won their all-Division 1 clash against Blewbury 3-1.
Richard Chilvers put Drayton ahead on 15 minutes with hot-shot Johnny Pearce equalising early in the second-half.
Drayton hit back immediately with a fine move that ended in an own goal.

Benson's Russell Flower might have added to the score, but had his penalty effort well saved by Adam Dewar in the Warborough goal.
