Chinnor have made 13 changes to their side for tomorrow's EDF Energy Intermediate Cup round two south west clash at Cheltenham.
Only lock Andy Millburn and wing Pip Seymour remain from the team that started last week's 53-6 league demolition of Maidenhead.
Among those coming in are debutants Arnaud Bernahan, a South African hooker, and former Gosford All Blacks player Tim Sutton, who gets a chance on the wing.
Coach Jason Bowers said: "We are rotating the squad because it gives me the opportunity to have a good look at guys from the second team in a competitive environment.
"Our primary focus is to win the league. We've got a few bumps and bruises, so it doesn't make sense to chase every competition.
"I'm particularly looking to see how Arnaud and Tom Isles get on."
Prop Joe Iosefo-Peni, No 8 Ed Rixon and and centre Danny Burns all start after coming off the bench against Maidenhead.
Chinnor have the experienced Joe Winpenny and Richard Williams among their replacements.
Cheltenham, who lie third in South West 2 West, were relegated from South West 1 in 2006.
Banbury Bulls coach Grant Holmes says his side are targeting an upset when they visit Luctonians in Midlands round two.
Bulls have only won twice this season, while Luctonians are in Midlands 1 - the league above.
Holmes said: "This will be an extremely tough encounter, but is one we are looking forward to.
"Having won their first six league matches in convincing style, Luctonians are in a bit of a form slump after losing their last three.
"We will be going there with every intention of causing a big upset."
Chipping Norton's director of rugby Andy Dawson insisted their target remains promotion ahead of their trip to Grove in round three south west of the EDF Energy Senior Vase.
Chippy have been firing on all cyclinders to lead the BB&O Premier Division and can be expected to push Grove very close.
They have a couple of injury worries, but prop John Tarrant and scrum half Hayden Hamilton are set to start.
Dawson said: "The league is our priority.
"We didn't expect to win at Drybrook in the last round as they hadn't lost at home for three years, so you never know what could happen.
"We have got a very young side, who last year were too young.
"We persevered with a way of playing knowing it may take us down, but now we are doing well.
"In a few years' time this side will frighten a few people."
Grove field three sets of brothers with Roger and Nick Sevier, Guy and Ben Nicholl, and Steve and Dave Maryon all starting.
Paul Maryon is on the bench.
Coach Neil Osbourne said: "I've pulled some guys in from the second team because we have quite a few injuries.
"It's a case of mixing and matching."
- Henley Hawks will be looking to bounce back as their topsy-turvy National 2 season continues with a trip to third-placed Blackheath.
Hawks' 9-8 loss to Southend last week was their fourth reverse of the campaign, while they only lost six times in the whole of 2006-07.
But director of rugby Jon Lambden believes they can turn it round.
Centre Jaymes Chapman is now back in full training and fly half Mark Meenan should be available after 'flu.
Chris Simmons, Jamie Black and Tom Burns are all fighting for a wing spot alongside Felise Ah-Ling.
Hooker Liam Wordley is still a couple of weeks away from recovery after a broken arm.
