A four-timer from John Willis saw Harwell Village stay top of Division 1 of the North Berks League with a 4-2 win over previously unbeaten Drayton.

Willis fired Harwell ahead, only for a Rob Powell double to give Drayton the edge.

However, after the break, it was all Harwell, with Willis completing his personal tally.

Ardington & Lockinge beat strugglers Steventon 5-3.

Alan Haines and Graham Fenton netted doubles, with Glynn McGibbon also on target. Ben and Dan Parry, and Paul Churchouse were on target for Steventon.

Marcham broke their duck with a 2-0 success at Harwell International, thanks to goals from Luke Westell and Matt Launchbury.

Tom Ingram and Johnny Pearce were on target for Blewbury as they won 2-1 at Faringdon Town. Robbie Harrington replied.

Chuck Selwood scored the equaliser for Benson as they drew 1-1 against Kingsclere in Division 2.

Stuart Carr had given Kingsclere the lead from the penalty spot.

Graeme Munro hammered a hat-trick for Benson Lions as they eased to a 3-0 win against Grove Rangers Res in Division 3.

Marcham Res got off the mark with a 3-1 win over Warborough & Shillingford. Geoff Dix, Leighton Jackson and Adam Dennie were on target for Benson, with Gary Harris replying for Warborough.

Harwell International Res stretched their lead at the top of Division 4 to ten points after they beat East Hendred Res 3-0.

Stuart Head opened their account before Johnny Eudell doubled their lead with his 26th of the season. Nathan Wright bagged No 3.

Tim Young (2), Sean Beard, Gareth Cole and Chris Dean were on target for Didcot Casuals Res as they beat Steventon Res 5-4.

Harwell Village Res won 4-2 at Long Wittenham Res, with strikes from Steve Belcher (2), Eddie Yarker and Mike Rouse. Adrian Evans (2) was Wittenham's marksman.

A Stuart Clark double saw Division 5 leaders Coleshill United A to a 2-0 win at Hanney United Res.

Uffington Res kept up their perfect home record wth a 3-2 win at Grove Rangers A, with goals from Damon Braxton, Robbie Poynter and Andy Gardner. Scott Jezzard and James Hicks replied.

A double from Colin Haynes proved in vain for Hagbourne Res as they lost 5-3 against Faringdon A.

Liam Jones got the other, while Faringdon's scorers were Matthew Curtis (2), Andy Dunbar, Ben Henley and Martin Key.

Stuart Bristow's broken leg marred Ardington & Lockinge Res's 2-0 win against Coleshill Res in the Nairne Paul Cup.
