THE Witney & District FA programme was another to be decimated by the wet weather, with only two matches reaching a conclusion.
But there were goals galore in both games that did go ahead.
Bampton United beat hosts Kingham All Blacks 6-2 in the Watts Junior Cup second round first leg.
Meanwhile, Bletchingdon went one better with a 7-2 victory at Witney Royals Res in the second round first leg of the Supplementary Cup.
In the Watts Junior Cup, doubles for Chris Laurence and Daniel Paintin led Bampton to a crushing victory.
Conor and Danny O’Shea were also on target for the visitors.
Kingham replied with a brace from Dan Lay, but they will have it all to do in the second leg.
Richard Wells smashed a hat-trick for Bletchingdon in their 7-2 victory at Witney Royals Res in the Supplementary Cup.
Joe Brewer, Jamie Hudson, Aaron Johnson and Ben Knox were also on target for the visitors.
Oliver Nolan and Zack Ryall found the net for the hosts.
