Chinnor Academy lost 27-5 to their Moseley Under 19 counterparts despite a strong start and finish.
After five minutes, wing Alec Warriner gave Chinnor the lead with a try in the corner.
Moseley worked their way back into the match and led 15-5 at the break thanks to three tries.
Chinnor lost centre Tristan Corpe, lock Blewitt and debutant fly half Chris Forsythe to injuries.
In the end, they felt the final score flattered Moseley, whose first team play in National 1.
- Bicester Under 16s made it two wins from two in the Oxfordshire League with a 13-10 victory at Chinnor.
The reigning county champions saw Chinnor open the scoring with a try, but Ross Isaac powered through to equalise.
Tom Cook scored a simple penalty to give Bicester a half-time lead.
Neil Davies took another scrum against the head before Gus Warriner off-loaded to centre Josh Chilman, who scored in the left corner.
Chinnor bagged a second try but Bicester held on.
Bicester beat Banbury 43-0 in their opening match with Isaac (2), Chilman, Sam White Jimmy McPhee, Matt Anderson, and Dom Southey scoring tries.
Conversions came from Southey (3) and Tom Cook.
