Radley's Rhys Glastonbury emerged victorious in the combined under 15/17 boys race in the Oxford Mail Cross Country League at Ascott-under-Wychwood.
He looked a class above the opposition as he outpaced Newbury's Marcus Bridger-Wilkinson to win in 16mins 12secs.
Under 15 duo George Miller and Stuart Ferguson came third and fourth respectively to help Radley to an easy victory in the team competition.
Radley also had a winner in the under 13/15 girls' race, with Jade Williams holding off Banbury Harriers' Connie MacMillan.
Oxford City took the team honours, despite competing without Melissa Hawtin.
They were led home by Lauren Hawtin in fourth, with Ellis Clarke-Jacques (fifth) and Imogen Kempton (sixth) securing victory ahead of Radley.
Oliver Simmons (Banbury) won the under 13 boys' race, but the team prize went to Oxford City, who put on a convincing display.
Josh Tack (second), William Handscombe (third) and Jamie Unwin (sixth) gave them a comfortable 12-point victory over of Abingdon.
In the under 11 age group, Beth Hawtin stormed to victory in the mini-minors race, crossing the line in 3.04, while Abingdon Amblers' James Wiltshire won the boys' race in 3.13.
