Ruby-Anne Ryan earned Benson a 1-1 draw with Tower Hill Vixens A and came close to clinching victory in the Under 13 A League.
After a goalless first half, Ryan equalised and then hit a post with the last attack of the match, having been set up by Eleanor Day.
Earlier Amber Colwell had given Tower Hill the lead Carterton ran out 2-0 victors against Kidlington.
After a goalless first half, Chloe Billins netted a late double to seal the points.
Sullie Turner had an eventful game as Carterton drew 1-1 with Tower Hill Vixens in the Under 16 League Cup.
Turner missed a first-half penalty for Carterton, then Carly Allsworth put Tower Hill in front.
But Turner made amends for her earlier penalty miss, drilling home from 30 yards to level the scores.
Hannah Daly's deflected goal earned Bloxham a 2-1 victory over Cholsey Bluebirds in the Under 15 League.
Bloxham had the best of the early exchanges, but couldn't get past the determined Cholsey defence.
Katie Cunningham shot past the advancing keeper to give Bloxham the lead, but Lauren Carey equalised.
Two minutes later, Daly sealed the points.
Carterton lost 4-2 at home to St Edmunds.
Jemima Kess put St Eds into a 2-0 lead, but Gina Ianiello pulled one back.
Sam Moore made it 3-1, before Natasha Jones again reduced the arrears.
Kess completed her treble to end Carterton's hopes.
A strong second half saw Oxford Irish ease to a 5-1 victory against Witney Vikings in the Under 14 League.
Player-of-the-match Bobbie McDonald put Irish ahead with a great dipping shot.
Vikings fought back, and an unmarked Rachel Leach finished coolly with a crisp shot inside the post.
But Irish led at the break when Kerry O'Sullivan's shot squirmed under the keeper and into the net.
In the second half goals from Deborah Cuddy and two from Linet Wanjiru sealed the win for Irish.
Natasha Sweeney's hat-trick helped Banbury United to a 6-2 victory over Chinnor in the Under 12 A League.
Banbury went 4-0 up thanks to Sweeney's treble and a goal from Sophie Lockhart.
Chinnor replied with strikes from Molly Avery and Jodie Peake, but Banbury wrapped up the win with an own goal and Lockhart's second.
Carterton saw off Benson 3-1 in the Under 11 League, with Anise Da Silva Martins bagging a brace.
Martins put them ahead, then an own goal from a Hollie Merriman corner doubled Carterton's advantage.
In the second half, Benson pulled a goal back through Jess Daniels.
But Martins scored her second of the game to seal victory.
Wantage held off Didcot's fightback to record a 2-1 victory in the Under 10 League.
It was 0-0 at half-time, but Holly Clack seized on a loose ball to open the scoring for Wantage.
Alex Richards pounced on a poor goal kick to make it 2-0 before Didcot hit back with an oustanding strike from Gemma O'Donovan.
Molly Bishop scored a hat-trick to help Carterton to a 3-0 victory over Marston Saints Angels.
She fired them ahead after five minutes, before doubling the lead.
In the second half, Bishop completed her treble to wrap up the points.
