Chris Luckett with his huge marlin
Headington pleasure angler Chris Luckett flew over to the Canary Islands for a holiday and decided to have a day's boat fishing.
And what a day it turned out to be!
After a fight lasting a hour and a half, a huge blue marlin was landed weighing a staggering 523lb.
Chris used a lure trawled at the back of the boat.
