CHINNOR completed their pre-season campaign with a mixed set of results.
National League 2 South side Old Albanian left Kingsey Road with a 36-7 victory, but the hosts improved to beat Welsh Premier Division outfit Carmarthen Quins 29-22.
Caolan Ryan converted his own try to score Chinnor’s only points against Old Albanian.
But Josh McNulty, Willie Ryan, Craig Duncan and Jason Worrall all went over as the home side got the better of Carmarthen.
Chinnor now turn their attention to Saturday, when they travel to Blackheath in National League 1.
Meanwhile, South West 1 East side Oxford Harlequins beat Southern Counties North outfit Witney 41-24 at Horspath Sports Ground.
Tommy Gray and James Leonardi both crossed twice as Banbury overcame Amersham & Chiltern 47-12.
Elsewhere, Bicester Vixens lost 59-20 against Olney.
Keeli Wood (2), Jade Biltcliff and Sophie Kelso dived over.
