OXFORD Cavaliers ended their home campaign on a high when beating Swindon St George A 44-10 at Merton Park.
Birthday boy Garin Nicholls and Tom Gaffney both crossed twice in the West of England League contest.
Despite trailing early on, Cavaliers bounced back to lead 12-6, thanks to tries from Tommy Heydon and Nicholls, Reiss O’Callaghan Howard converting both.
Swindon reduced the deficit to two points, but the hosts made it 20-10 at the break when Jamie Cummings and Alasdair Anderson crossed.
Cavaliers dominated the second half, with Gaffney’s double sandwiching another Nicholls try, O’Callaghan Howard converting twice.
William Watts and O’Callaghan Howard then completed the scoring.
