EMMA Stephenson’s late equaliser secured a second successive Southern Counties title for Oxfordshire’s under 17 girls.
The 2-2 draw against Surrey, where Lexi Newell was also on target, extended the group’s unbeaten streak to 18 matches – which stretches all the way back to 2017.
They had already beaten Middlesex 1-0, with Millie Hartwell scoring.
The county’s under 13 boys won their competition for the first time, winning six and drawing one of their eight matches.
It was sealed with victories over Middlesex (2-0) and Surrey (4-0).
