OXFORD United's injury worries have worsened with the news Marcus Browne and Jamie Mackie have been sidelined.
The double blow means boss Karl Robinson has just 15 senior players available to face Walsall in Sky Bet League One on Saturday.
Browne is expected to be out until next month with a knee issue, while Mackie will be out for longer after having a scan on a hip problem earlier this week.
Robinson said: "Jamie’s had a scan on his hip and it’s come back that there’s some irritation there.
"The synopsis on that is it will be four to six weeks, maybe more.
"Marcus had a scan on his knee. There’s a bit of movement in it and that’s three weeks.
"Right now we have 15 fit players, that’s all we’ve got."
Youngster Fabio Lopes (knee) is also in a treatment room which includes the likes of Rob Hall, Simon Eastwood and Samir Carruthers.
The latter two are progressing well, though, and could only be a fortnight away from becoming available.
