LANCE Stroll and Sergey Sirotkin both finished in the top-ten as Williams picked up their first points since April in the Italian Grand Prix at Monza.
The Grove-based team have endured a disappointing season and ended a barren run of nine races.
Stroll, who made the final round of qualifying, originally finished tenth.
But the Canadian was elevated to ninth following Romain Grosjean's disqualification by FIA stewards, who found the floor of his Banbury-based Haas car to be illegal.
This saw Williams driver Sirotkin, the only driver yet to score a point before Monza, move up to tenth.
Carlos Sainz was eighth in the Enstone-prepared Renault, with teammate Nico Hulkenberg 13th.
Kevin Magnussen in the other Haas was the last to finish in 16th.
The race was won by championship leader Lewis Hamilton, who extended his lead over main rival Sebastian Vettel to 30 points.
