Horspath's Rachel Edge will be hoping to make home advantage count when she bids to go one better than last year in the British Women's Individual Riders' Championship at the village track today (4pm).

Edge finished runner-up 12 months ago, and for the under 16 title - which is incorporated into the main event.

She will start as favourite for her age group competition this time.

The women's event is preceded by the Under 13 Team Championships semi-final at 12noon and 2pm, with the final at 6pm.
