Launton Sports will be without strikers Adam Hodgson and Lee Blossom as they look to make it three wins in a row in Division 1 West when they host Purton.
Hodgson, who damaged an ankle, is unavailable anyway while Blossom is at a wedding.
Saturday's victory at Cirencester United was followed by a midweek home win against Easington Sports.
"Six points from our first two games is beyond my wildest dreams," said boss Joby Edwards.
"Hopefully we can beat Purton although it will be tough.
"We're not going to get too big for our boots - the lads are pretty grounded about it."
Clanfield will be without Eddie Everett (torn hamstring) and Tim Jenkins (holiday) for the visit of Trowbridge Town.
Gary Morrison who missed Wednesday's draw with Banbury Reserves as his girlfriend went into labour, should be back.
