WANTAGE siblings Okan and Eda Onay impressed for Britain at the World Championships in Spain.
Eda, who like her brother attends King Alfred’s Academy, started the event in Viveiro, by winning gold in the mixed triathle (shoot, swim, run) relay, with Liam Openshaw.
She then qualified for the individual final and went on to finish 11th overall.
Okan, 18, clinched bronze in the junior men’s category.
It turned out to be a memorable day for the 18-year-old as he competed alongside the senior men, including Olympic champion David Svoboda.
