DWIGHT Tiendalli could be back in action again this month after Oxford United discovered the extent of his hamstring injury.
The full back immediately signalled for help on Saturday when he stretched in an attempt to block a cross 28 minutes into the 1-1 draw at Milton Keynes Dons.
A long lay-off was feared for a player making just his second start after two years out injured with knee and thigh problems.
But after assessing the problem, United’s medical staff believe the 31-year-old will only take three to four weeks to recover from a minor tear in the muscle.
