OXFORD RL suffered back-to-back defeats when losing 31-18 at London Skolars.
The Kingstone Press League One clash was locked at 18-18 at half-time.
But Skolars went on to score 13 unanswered points at the New River Stadium.
Oxford, who lost to Whitehaven in their previous game, drew first blood when Casey Canterbury crossed and Harvey Burnett added the extras.
The hosts levelled before the ten-minute mark as Ben Pointer went over for a converted try.
Oxford hit back, though, to lead 12-6 when captain Callum Windley dived over.
Burnett converted to give the Blues a six-point lead.
But that was soon wiped out as Pointer held off three defenders to cross for his second try.
The exchanges of scores continued until half-time.
Oxford led once again when Scott Fleming went over and Burnett converted.
But Skolars levelled the clash at 18-18 as Jymel Coleman scored.
The second half proved a different story, as the hosts took the lead for the first time and never looked back.
Mike Bishay scored an unconverted try and Coleman kicked a penalty and a drop goal.
Callum Bustin then crossed under the posts and Coleman, who had converted two previous tries, added the extras to complete the scoring.
Pointer also kicked a conversion for Skolars.
